ReplyDeleteYour whole whānau are super passionate about Basketball! I am sure with the passion and commitment you have to basketball you will go far! You are right, you will need to be fit, active and healthy as well as organised. Have you googled to find out what a NBA player's fitness programme looks like? I imagine they do all sorts of weight training as well as cardio. What basketball team do you currently play for?
